He is in the care of the Jinjiang CWI Fujian Province. He is described as a quiet, loving and tender boy. He likes to ride on his wooden horse.

Shelby can't wait to see and play with Payton. She wants to check your blog site everyday with me....Hey Mark we were outside all day Sunday and we heard Buck barking! Hey! It sounds like things are going great! The pictures of where you are, are absolutely beautiful. I love this picture of dad and payton. He seems like hes going to be a daddys little boy.
